Mind Body in Harmony: Mindfulness Practice
In-person event: Singapore
I invite you to set aside time to PAUSE. Dedicate time for self-care by calming your mind, opening your heart to self kindness, connecting with your body, and listening to your inner wisdom.
This will be a one hour guided session to practice Mindfulness Meditation in a group setting focusing on breath, the body scan and self kindness tools. We will sit and connect to our present moment aliveness with non-judgement and acceptance of what is.
Bring curiosity, openness, and kind persistence to your practice and you will experience your growth in consciousness of your whole, deeper self and have more peace and vitality in your life.
This is a non denominational class. Come in loose, comfortable clothing as we will sit and lie down on the floor. Mats are provided.
